At the end of each month, we will pick a winner to receive a $50 gift certificate to bellassparkle.com. The winner is chosen by the photo that has the highest average rating and the most votes. Bella's Sparkle members can vote for each photo as many times as they like during the month. The winner will be notified via email at the start of the following month.
